Angel Aerial Systems is a drone startup in the public health sector, working with fire, police, and disaster recovery.
Their primary competitive advantage is their unique tri-copter design which is projected to achieve a 2 hour flight time.
I worked with the founders and their team to design a truly 0-1 user experience from the unboxing experience through take off and landing for their high performance drones.
I facilitated a design sprint, designed a prototype and tested with several local law enforcement agencies which were received very positively.
I have continued working with Angel as they have prepared their drone for their initial public sale which is forthcoming.
Their test flights have gone so well that they have attracted the interest of the US Army, where some of their top pilots had this to say about their Angel Aerial drone flying experiences:
