I led a team of designers and developers in designing a Web3 rating and review site, handling UI/UX design, research, testing, pixel art, gamification, and design systems in Figma.

The initial MVP of the site was built by fiverr devs and designed by an offshore team. I was tasked with analyzing the existing site and redesigning it in order to improve the user experience and core engagement metrics.
