Using Service Design to Help Traveling Nurses Onboard

I worked with stakeholders across the Host Healthcare organization to map out the internal and external touchpoints between the team, systems, and traveling nurses using their platform. As a result we were able to create a detailed map of the entire process of onboarding nurses to their platform. Using these touchpoints as a guide, we also designed, tested, and shipped a mobile app to assist in the onboarding of new nurses, replacing a legacy system still using fax machines!
