My role on this project was lead product designer working alongside a product owner and reporting to the CPO. We traveled to Myanmar twice doing research and testing as part of a redesign of the site.

The high point of this project was doing contextual walk throughs with an interpreter in Yangon.

This project was the first opportunity I had to use quantitative and qualitative data measurements together to inform my design process and the outcome was a huge success and confidence booster personally.

Although the site is no longer live I learned a lot and feel like I delivered a lot of value to the business and users.
